Our division is charged with a wide range of responsibilities including the recording of funding received from the General Treasury and other external local and foreign sources, preparing salaries, maintaining the Employees Provident Fund which keeps cards and records separately for individual employees, investing and monitoring fixed deposits and withholding tax. Furthermore, we handle all staff loans and budgets, provide final accounts statements, maintain financial records and keep track of all purchases such as stationery, hardware and general items.
