Kushani Madhumekala is currently a M.Phil Research Assistant in the Environmental Science: Material Development and Pollutant Remediation project at National Institute of Fundamental Studies (NIFS). She received her B.Sc. special degree in Chemistry from South Eastern University of Sri Lanka in 2022, and joined NIFS in 2023. Her research focuses on Synthesis, Characterization and catalytic activity of Boron-modified Zeolites. Her research interests include Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Environmental Chemistry and Organic Chemistry
