Working almost 3 years at NIFS provided me skills and experience on verbal communication , effective enagement with scientists and out side partnerships, scientific event management and negotiation skills. My Immediate Manager supported me very well for my higher education with personal supervision and coaching. I enjoyed a lot being in Kandy far away from home and made lot of freinds in Kandy. I felt ,with my team I did a great service to the society with minimum facilities.
