Fahmidha Halaldeen is currently a Research Assistant in Food Chemistry project,
reading for her M.Phil. Degree, at the National Institute of Fundamental Studies (NIFS).  She received her B.Sc. Special Degree in Chemistry from South Eastern University of Sri Lanka in 2021 and joined with NIFS in 2023. Her research focuses on Chemistry and Bioactivity Studies of Oil and Defatted Residues of Terminalia catappa Fruits’ Seeds. Her research interests include food chemistry and food biochemistry.
